Bulldog performs its own scopes with its own crews. Where a requirement runs wider than security, life safety, contact-center, and utility coordination, we team, and we say clearly who does what.
How we team
Today Bulldog pursues federal work primarily as a subcontractor and teaming partner to established primes. That is a deliberate choice: it is how a company earns CPARS-visible past performance without asking an agency to take a chance on an unproven prime. On state, local, and commercial requirements inside our licensed footprint, we also perform directly.
Final teaming structure and responsibility are defined per solicitation, based on scope, licensing, geography, and the contract's own requirements. What does not change: Bulldog scopes are performed by Bulldog employees under Bulldog's licenses and insurance.
Independent teaming partners
Two firms we work with regularly on multi-scope pursuits. Both are independently owned; neither is a Bulldog entity, and neither is covered by Bulldog's registrations or licenses.
Exclusive Collision & Customs — fleet & automotive
An independently owned collision and fleet-service operation led by Peter Marsh. Collision and body repair, paint and refinishing, frame straightening, glass and hail repair, mechanical and commercial fleet support, and damage assessment with insurance coordination.
Mako Logics — IT & cybersecurity
A managed IT and cybersecurity provider: help desk and monitoring, EDR and MDR, Microsoft 365, Azure and identity, and cloud, network, backup, and disaster recovery.
If you are a prime
What you get in Bulldog as a sub: licensed Texas and Florida security crews that already exist and already work every day, current insurance at the limits listed on the about page, and one accountable point of contact who can commit the company.
