Federal work, stated honestly
Bulldog is new to federal contracting. We are building federal past performance the same way most contractors do: through subcontracting and teaming with established primes, while bringing eighteen years of commercial operations, licensed field crews, and a monitored-security install base of more than 30,000 homes to the table.
The commercial operating record
Past performance is supposed to predict whether a contractor can actually do the work. What Bulldog brings to that question is not a stack of federal CPARS entries; it is an eighteen-year commercial operation that installs, monitors, and services security systems every day at a scale most regional integrators never reach.

Every one of those installations involved a scheduled crew, a licensed technician, a monitored handoff, and a customer who could cancel if the work was late or wrong. That volume of accountable delivery is the record we ask evaluators and teaming partners to weigh.
Representative engagements
Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Hillsborough River State Park and Ybor City Museum State Park)
- Scope
- Commercial security systems across five buildings at two Florida state parks: security panels, sensors, and motion detection, with ongoing central-station monitoring after each installation.
- Period
- Installations from October 2023 through July 2026; monitoring ongoing
- Results
- A state agency is a demanding customer, and this one has kept coming back building by building over three years. The service record is documented, including a response to a panel issue after installation. This is Bulldog's current public-sector engagement and the reference we point evaluators to first.
AAA SAFE Management
- Scope
- Commercial intrusion detection and monitoring for 11 locations across the Houston metro area. Equipment varies by site and includes panels, sensors, motion detectors, glass-break detection, key fobs, sirens, and access-related hardware. (Video surveillance at these locations is provided by another company and is not part of Bulldog's scope.)

- Eleven sites means eleven different buildings with different problems, and the service history reflects that: sensor replacements, glass-break service, and door-lock work, all handled by the same crews that did the installs. The customer calls one company and the issue gets fixed.
Celebration Cakes LLC (Nothing Bundt Cakes)
- Scope
- Commercial security for 14 locations spread across Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee: panels, sensors, and motion detection, with ongoing monitoring plus post-installation and remote support.

- Fourteen storefronts in three states, managed to one standard. Geographically dispersed multi-site work is exactly the shape of most government facility contracts, and this engagement shows Bulldog running that model already: consistent equipment, consistent monitoring, and support that does not depend on a truck being nearby.

Supporting technical experience
Beyond the formal references above, a few older projects show the technical range, particularly on the video side. The Spectrum Catering warehouse in the Houston area runs more than 30 NEO cameras across Buildings 1 through 4, alongside a full intrusion package: DSC 1832 panels, motion detectors, and both standard and overhead-door contacts. The original installation went in during August 2013, the account came to Bulldog with the IPB acquisition, and the site is still serviced today. Thirteen years on one commercial system is its own kind of reference.
Other pre-acquisition IPB projects, for which records are more limited, include camera work for the Habitat for Humanity MCTX ReStore, Grand Central Park in Conroe, and the Woodforest development by Johnson Development, where entrance-gate, pool, and guard-shack cameras were installed with night vision, license-plate viewing, and NVR recording.
